Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in situations including (but not limited to):

  • Payment failure or verification issues
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Incorrect pricing, product information, or technical errors
  • Item unavailability or fulfillment limitations

We accept secure payments via:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

All prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes, duties, or customs fees unless stated otherwise.


3. 🧵 Made-to-Order & Personalized Products

Many of our products are made to order or may include personalization (such as name/number or custom details),
which means:

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting
  • Minor variations in placement or print are normal for made-to-order production
  • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please double-check all size selections and customization details before placing your order.
We cannot issue refunds for mistakes caused by customer input (for example: wrong size chosen, incorrect name/number,
or incorrect customization details submitted).


4. ⏳ Order Processing & Shipping

✔️ Processing Time

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on product type and order volume.
Some made-to-order items may require additional time.

✔️ Shipping Time

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Most orders arrive within
7–14 business days after production (estimated). International delivery may take longer due to customs.

✔️ Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

✔️ Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
JerseyGear is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery.

If your order is delayed, missing in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. 💌


5. 🔁 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

✔️ Cancellations

  • Before production begins: free cancellation
  • After production begins: a $20 customization/restocking fee per item may apply

✔️ Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or replacements only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

For non-personalized items (if available), a restocking fee may apply.

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasonal volume
  • Misprints or issues resulting from customer-provided errors (wrong size, wrong customization details)
  • Losses caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Website downtime or technical issues outside our reasonable control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
